Contract structure

From May 2024, Zellis Service Description Guides have been enhanced and restructured to improve their format and content, simplify their structure and remove duplication. Service provision to existing customers is not affected but the quality and accessibility of the supporting documentation is improved.

Customers’ contracted services are defined in their Customer Agreement by reference to one or more Service Description Guides. The new structure splits this content as follows:

Customer Agreement-1

The service definition for Zellis core products (ZellisONE, HCM AIR, HCM Cloud, ResourceLink and associated modules) is provided in the Technology Service Description Guides (“SDG”), incorporating the Payroll Cyber & Contingency service previously defined separately and the enhanced support options introduced in 2023.

Both the standard and optional services for Managed Service customers are defined in the Managed Service SDG. This should be referenced in addition to the Technology SDG for Managed Service customers only.

Both Zellis Background Checking Services and Application Management Services are defined in separate, standalone SDGs.

In each case, both the principal services and all optional service elements contracted for by the customer are defined in the Customer Agreement, while the content and applicability of the service elements is set out in the respective SDGs.

Only those SDGs relating to the services you are taking will apply to your contract.
