In this research report, we analyse the survey responses from 100 C-suite HR professionals (CHROs) at organisations of 1,000 employees or more, to provide a cohesive view of trends in this space.
Although businesses can now look beyond the pandemic with more clarity, the question of how to build an organisation that will thrive in five years is still pressing. The world has clearly entered the ‘next normal’, and companies need new technology, new ideas and new responses.
HR leaders have been at the heart of the response to COVID, helping ensure business resilience while overseeing generational step changes to working habits and employee expectations. We conducted this survey to gain a deeper understanding of what they did, what they prioritised, and how they see the future.
